1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible to return the item once it is delivered, following our return policy guidelines.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If your order has already been processed but not shipped, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the status of the order.

4. Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • Pre-Orders: For items available for pre-order, cancellations can be made anytime before the item is shipped. Once shipped, the pre-order item follows our standard return policy.

  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, you may cancel your order anytime before the item is restocked and shipped. Once shipped, the item will follow our standard return policy.

5. Cancellation by Al Taj Traders

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where a product is out of stock, there are inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Notification: If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
